For special delivery (UK) express and guaranteed
add £5 for harness/accessory/restraints. EU express add £16

Delivery times :
We aim to deliver within one week of your order, subject to availability.
Although you should allow up to 28 days delivery. For urgent deliveries
please telephone for express service.

Return Policy: Please check goods
immediately on receipt of delivery. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, please return within 14 days unused and we will refund
