You can give us the exact measurement in cm - the more information we have , the better we can select your size. If in doubt, please call us. Our harnesses sit lower at the front of the body and just below the waist at the back. Measure around the lower back waist and around to the front of body over the hip bones. This is the “upper hip”
measurement and not your full “hip” size.

Size menu : XS (extra small) S (small), M (medium), M/L (medium/Large), L (Large) and XL (extra large).

XS - smaller than 32” - please state exact waist size when ordering

S - 32” - 36” ideal for 32’-34”

M - 32”/81cm - 37”/ ideal for 34” - 35” upper hip .

L - 36”-40” ideal for 36” - 39”

XL - 40” - 45”/115cm -ideal for 40”- 42”

XXL - above 44” - please state exact waist size
